Fished and Foraged is a fictitious restaurant I dreamed up whilst living in Cornwall. My vision was to combine all the mediums I have worked with over the past 5 years: wood, clay, printmaking, painting and of course illustrating. I designed and built everything in this scene. The tiles on the top right tell the narrative of how the restaurant came to be and the plates and bowls were meant to enhance that story stylistically. The posters were meant to act as a fake advertisement for the restaurant and an echo to a patterned wall paper. I also created screen printed tea towels to continue to tie in elements of the story in the tiles into the table setting. Finally you have the playful wheat pasted ads I created at the bottom left. These were a form of advertising for the grand opening.
